Puppy McQueen samples are provided on a seasonal basis so our customers can have an opportunity to try the latest products. Please send an e-mail to info@puppymcqueen.com to receive a list of available samples.

If you would like to receive an exclusive on-line newsletter that features trends and highlights of our products, we encourage you register on our site.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE PUPPY McQUEEN PRODUCTS?

Puppy Mcqueen products are available online, and at select stores. Ask your neighborhood pet store about our products!

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, you will be notified and will not be able to add it to your cart. Should an item become unavailable while it is in your cart, you will be notified at checkout and will not be charged for it.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

• UPS Ground Ground shipping is complimentary with every order over $50
• USPS Priority Priority shipping is complimentary with every order over $50
• UPS 2nd Day 2nd day express shipping cost is $15.00 with every order, and now enjoy complimentary 2nd day shipping with order over $125.
• UPS Overnight Overnight shipping cost is $20.00 with every order

Overnight orders placed by 5:00 PM ET on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day and will be delivered the next day from the order's ship date. 2nd day orders placed by 5:00 PM ET on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day and will be delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date. Standard orders placed by 5:00 PM ET on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day and will be delivered within 4-7 business days from the order's ship date.

*Orders placed after the designated cut-off times will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders to be shipped to APO/FPO addresses or to P.O. Boxes must be shipped USPS priority and are not available for Overnight or 2nd day delivery. UPS Ground is not available for orders being shipped to Hawaii/Alaska addresses.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

If you wish to return products purchased on PuppyMcQueen.com, simply complete the Refund Form on the back of the invoice and choose a Reason for Return. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form in the original package, if possible. Attach the pre-paid mailing label to the outside of your package when making your return. Shipping charges are prepaid and no additional postage is required.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your PuppyMcQueen.com order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Call us at (212)951-0980 or send an email info@puppymcqueen.com.

If your order has already shipped, upon receipt of your merchandise, simply follow the return instructions included in the package and mail the item(s) back to us using the complimentary return shipping label.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time your merchandise is received for your refund to be processed.
